Sleep for good health.

Sleep is the natural phenomenon by which the body seeks to observe rest. Common to all living creatures it is absolutely necessary to renovate your mind and senses. An average adult needs to have at least seven to eight hours of sleep to help him keep his mind alert, memory sharp and rejuvenate his health whereas a newborn needs approximately 18 hours of sleep and the time reduces as the child ages. The world today makes it impossible for human beings to get even this minimal sleep that has led to many health disorders. So sleep well and be healthy.
